
Treasury Minister Anne Craine's statement in Tynwald on the latest reduction in VAT revenue for the Isle of Man was immediately followed by a debate on the subject.
That came after members supported Michael MHK David Cannan's contention that it was a matter of urgent public importance, which demanded immediate consideration by the parliament.
