Discussion underway after simple majority reached
Tynwald members have agreed to debate government's Island Plan.
The Court has gathered for an extraordinary sitting, called also to update the Island's Covid-19 regulations.
The document, outlining the targets of the new administration for the next five years, was down for discussion last month but eight members voted against - over concerns about the time allowed to read it.
However, a moment ago, a simple majority was reached to allow the debate to begin.
You can follow the discussion live on Manx Radio's AM 1368 frequency, online and on smartphone apps.
