It's been claimed that a small hardcore of serial offenders have racked up unpaid parking fines running into hundreds of thousands of pounds.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse wants a review of current law and practice covering the collection of fixed penalties for parking offences.
