'Rock throwing must stop', says chief minister
The chief minister says “the rock throwing has to stop,” after Tynwald unanimously approved Professor Curran’s report on climate change, as well as the action plan issued in response by the Council of Ministers.
In his closing remarks, Howard Quayle spoke about the collective responsibility across government, parliament and society to stop bickering.
