New venue is hub for expanded ents offer
A new performance hub makes its debut at this year's Tynwald Day.
The TynwaldFest tent will host family craft sessions and dance displays in the day, before transforming into a festival-style stage area for a night packed with live Manx music.
Located on the smaller fair field next to Cooil y Ree, the new attraction will also offer refreshments and a place for punters to shelter in the event of bad weather.
Events begin from 10am and continue until 10pm with the ever popular Kipper Celi (kipper kay-lee) bringing the night to a close.
