Oastan set to open 4 October
A new venue on the Island's culinary circuit is set to open its doors for the new season.
Oastan - which means restaurant in Manx - is the training facility within University College Isle of Man, and is under the management of Head Chef Lecturer, Robert Hunter.
Students will welcome the first diners to a lunch service on Wednesday.
Robert, who has worked in top restaurants around the world says providing hands-on real life training is invaluable to the students:
Major reservoir projects completed on time and on budget
Repair scheme an 'antidote to throwaway culture'
Douglas council seeking sites for future housing development
Yellow alert for heavy rain issued, replacing previous warning
