Preparations ahead of 2016 referendum
The Island's future relationship with the European Union is being explored carefully.
Chief Minister Allan Bell says the situation will be monitored, ahead of a referendum in the UK next year.
The vote could see it breaking away from the EU, which would have a knock-on effect on the Isle of Man as a protected Crown Dependency.
