Around 350 local students are studying degrees off Island

A student from the Isle of Man adapting to life at university in the UK says having to wear a face mask when out in public has been 'a shock to the system'.

William King left the Island last week ahead of his first year at the University of York.

Around 350 Manx students have travelled off Island in recent weeks, facing increased coronavirus restrictions in the UK.
