Hooper to question Minister Boot in Keys
Can a renewable energy project in Manx waters qualify for UK subsidies?
That's the question Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper will ask to Environment Minister Geoffrey Boot in the House of Keys tomorrow.
Mr Hooper says it's a timely query, as the Island is now actively exploring greener ways of generating electricity:
