Cabinet Office to conduct further research
The policy and reform minister has admitted government is struggling to understand homelessness on the Island.
Chris Thomas says 'diagnosing' how people become displaced is 'proving very difficult' and has pledged to undertake more 'focus research'.
It comes as the charity behind an emergency night shelter in Douglas, revealed the number of bed spaces that had been provided at the facility was almost 300 in its first six months.
