
A shop in Douglas which will be familiar to many Island parents is to close.
Romini, the school uniform shop in Lord Street, is holding a closing down sale from today (Tuesday) before it shuts for good at the end of this month.
The store has been used by thousands of parents over the years as they prepare their children for school.
A spokesman for the firm said competition from the internet and local competition from schools’ in-house shops was to blame.
