Union calls for change to DESC's 'dysfunctional culture'

NASUWT reacts following publication of Beamans report

There needs to be a change to the dysfunctional culture at the education department.

That's the call from the local negotiating secretary for the NASUWT union following the publication of a report into the Department of Education, Sport and Culture's management of the Island's schools.

The findings by Beamans highlight a fractured relationship and lack of appreciation for teachers.
