Difficult pay negotiations lie ahead, according to a leading Trade Unionist who is visiting the Isle of Man.
Pensions, pay and modernisation of the civil service were on the agenda last night, when Prospect’s national secretary Mike Graham addressed members of the Government Officers’ Association at the organisation's annual general meeting.
Mr Graham says a steady increase in membership suggests worries among the workforce:
Island's finances 'in a better position than most other jurisdictions'
Completion of assisted dying bill 'the most significant moment of 2025'
Keep dogs away from Garwick Beach for next few days
Cost of sending a letter on the Island to increase in January
