Uptake of booster jabs lower than primary doses

Health Minister admits it could be better

Uptake of Covid booster jabs hasn't been as high as the primary doses.

People aged 40 and over are now being offered an extra dose following advice from the JCVI.

Government says it could prevent additional pressures on the Island's health services in an already busy winter period.

More than 13,000 residents have come forward so far.
