Clear message needed for drivers says MLC
A senior politician on the Island is calling for a two-pronged approach to tackle mobile phone use whilst driving.
MLC Bill Henderson wants to see better education about the dangers of using your phone at the wheel - but is also demanding harsher punishments.
He's to raise the issue at Tuesday's sitting of the Legislative Council (14 March).
Mr Henderson is keen for the government to send out a clear message:
Manx matchmaker supporting people 'frustrated' with online dating
Toilet changes at QEII 'well received'
Date confirmed for funeral of Sam Naughton
Buddy has first of two 'much-needed' surgeries
