Vehicle taken by 'two juvenile males' involved in collision

Driver of second car treated for minor injuries

Two young males have been arrested after a vehicle, allegedly taken without the owner's consent, was involved in a collision at Jurby.

It's said the vehicle was taken from Colby at around 4pm in the afternoon, and was later spotted being driven in the north of the Island yesterday (24 June).

Police say pursuit trained officers located the vehicle in Jurby heading towards Sulby.

At Sulby crossroads a stinger device was used and a second, unconnected car was involved in a minor collision with the vehicle as it came to a stop

The driver of the second vehicle was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
