Views wanted to improve social media policing

Just over 70% of Island on social media, Police say

The constabulary is looking to adapt how it can improve its presence on social media to better protect Island residents and businesses.

A public consultation's been launched where people can anonymously give feedback on where services can be improved.

The constabulary says around 70.4% of the Isle of Man uses social media, an increase of over 5% compared to 2020.

Inspector Gav Callow says it's about talking to the public about the issue not at them:

The survey is open until Monday, 6 September and is available HERE.
