
The Isle of Man's top performing arts event, the Manx Music Festival, gets underway this morning.
'The Guild' is a week of competition in numerous musical and vocal categories, culminating in the Cleveland Medal Test next Saturday night.
Guild secretary David Cannell told Manx Radio's Judith Ley this morning's competitions are a great way of kicking off the festival (play attached audio file):
