
The Isle of Man Coastguard has issued a warning to dog owners to ensure their pets are on a lead when they walk them near cliffs and coastal areas.
It follows two dog rescues in three days.
The latest incident was today, when a German Pointer dived under fencing after a rabbit on Marine Drive near Douglas, and fell 300 feet down cliffs.
A coastguard was lowered to rescue the animal, and despite the fall she wasn't hurt.
On Saturday afternoon, the Peel Coastguard was called to rescue a dog from the sandy cliffs at Glen Wyllin.
