CM hits back at critcism of process
The Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson will vote against the budget.
The Rushen MHK believes people don't feel involved in the process and is calling for an Auditor General to be appointed.
Mr Watterson says the position is needed to counter some of the figures coming from treasury which he termed "spin":-
Speaking on the Baker Tilly Isle of Man Budget programme, Chief Minister Howard Quayle hit back at the Speaker.
Mr Quayle says Mr Watterson didn't seem to be so concerned about the process when he was home affairs minister in the last administration:-
"When you're delivering healthcare on an island, your costs are going to be higher"
