Ousted minister discusses Crogga drilling saga
Exploring for gas in Manx waters can't be done cheaply and government must ensure Crogga has the financial capacity to undertake the operation.
That's the word from the former infrastructure minister this lunchtime, when questioned on whether issues with the project were behind his being asked to step down from the DOI.
In June the energy firm handed back money to investors, saying government hadn't put regulations in place for drilling to go ahead.
