Wet but not wettest

The Isle of Man may have had a disappointing summer - but it hasn't been our wettest.

But the jet stream which caused them went south of the Island - and meant we were spared any summer flooding.

Figures show this has been the Island's wettest summer in 10 years - and the 6th wettest on record.

The effects of global warming may be to blame - so is this the shape of things to come?
