Where will be money come from to improve Onchan's infrastructure?
That's the concern of one MHK ahead of the public inquiry into the Area Plan for the East.
Under the proposals, a number of sites would be zoned for development, resulting in concerns from residents and Onchan District Commissioners over the strain on the village's infrastructure.
