Why was coin not better thought out, asks MHK

Questions about "Year of our Island" coin continue

A Douglas MHK wants to know why plans for a commemorative coin got as far as they did before they were then scrapped.

The five pound coin was mooted as a way of celebrating the "Year of Our Island", 2018.
