

The Environment Minister says the Island will have to "grapple with the issue of windfarms" in the near future.
John Shimmin says whilst he's fully aware there will be planning and environmental implications, the Island needs to do something as it cannot remain dependent upon imported oil for our energy needs.
He believes wherever such schemes are located they will impact on someone, but there's little choice:
