
Police are asking for witnesses to come forward after a woman was assaulted in front of Ramsey Town Hall yesterday afternoon.
The 65 year-old suffered facial injuries in the attack, which happened at 1.30pm, and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Officers say a number of passers-by stopped and gave the woman first aid.
Police say Parliament Square was quite busy at the time and they’re asking anybody who saw what happened to come forward.
