Busy day for emergency services
A woman had to be cut free from her car after a two-vehicle crash in Ramsey yesterday.
It happened on Albert Street around 3pm.
Though fire crews describe it as a 'low speed' collision, the decision was made to use hydraulic rescue equipment after she complained of neck and back injuries.
It came hours after another crash on the Creg Ny Baa back road earlier that morning, when a car rolled off the road onto a grass bank.
The driver, and a passenger, both escaped with only minor injuries.
