T20 squad will make competitive debut this weekend
The formation of a women's international cricket team on the Isle of Man has been described as a 'landmark moment'.
The Island's first ever women's T20 squad will make its competitive debut in Spain this weekend from the 11-14 November.
They'll face four other nations at the T20i multi-nation tournament at Desert Springs.
The Manx team's captain, Clare Crowe, says the women and girl's game locally has steadily grown in recent times:
CoMin making 'significant and determined efforts' to implement recommendations from Ranson review
Rain events 'difficult to forecast' on the Isle of Man
Planning permission granted for 26 industrial units
Port St Mary Commissioners urging residents not to 'struggle in silence'
