Economic Development Minister says time will tell whether £276,000 was spent wisely on examining a TT World Series.
His department’s announced it’s shelving the plans after UK consultants said the local events could still be expanded.
Mr Skelly’s come in for criticism after paying £190,000 on a report from the London-based Sports consultancy.
