Opinions split on 'level 3a' in borders framework

The Council of Ministers is considering changing the Island's borders framework, to split level 3 into two parts.

That was announced by chief minister at yesterday's government media briefing.

But what do you think of those proposals?

We've been at level 4 "for a prolonged period," Mr Quayle said.

He ruled out moving back to the stricter level 5, and ruled out moving to the more relaxed level 3 in the borders framework - for the time being.

But, he did say half a step is being considered:
