Concerns raised by business owners on sea front
A Tynwald committee looking into the Douglas promenade refurbishment scheme has issued a call for written evidence.
The deadline for submissions is two weeks today (Friday, 30 August).
Last month, the Environment and Infrastructure Policy Review Committee took evidence from representatives of the Department of Infrastructure and businesses based on the prom.
Concerns were raised by the latter about the impact the works were having on their incomes.
Those sentiments were echoed by business owners Manx Radio spoke to last month.
