Yellow warning for coastal overtopping

Easterly winds to bring waves and debris along coast roads

Strong easterly winds are expected to bring waves and debris onto Douglas, Laxey and Ramsey promenades again today.

Ronaldsway Met Office issued a new yellow weather warning on Thursday evening, in place until 1pm today (9 February).

High tide this morning is at 10:50am.

A yellow warning indicates a risk of bad weather affecting activities. 'Some travel delays, risk of minor damage, localised or temporary disruption'.
