The Isle of Man is well-provided for in terms of facilities for young people, according to Grainne Burns of the Department of Education’s Youth Office.
She says there are a large number of projects scattered around the Island’s towns and villages, and in the United Kingdom there would be far fewer youth clubs and schemes for such a small area:
Local mobile catering company Filbey's to call it a day
Ramsey Rocks event cancelled
MWT plans to plant almost 10,000 trees
Duck off: Chinese takeaway on the hunt for bigger ducks
