Chairman pleased with make-up of meeting
The Manx Labour Party is looking forward to a busy political year, following its first meeting of 2016.
Among the topics discussed on Thursday evening were Manx Gas's pricing structure, the privatisation of the Villa Gaiety complex and free TV licences for over-75s.
Chairman David Cretney said he was also pleased to welcome some new members to the party - some of whom were young people.
He says it's crucial that 'new blood' gets involved with Manx politics:
Discussions ongoing over meningitis B vaccine rollout
Port Erin Commissioners to open recruitment for new clerk 'shortly'
Island's credit rating unchanged
Have your say on the future of Noble's Park
