Italian legend heading back to the Isle of Man
Legendary racer Giacomo Agostini is set to return to the Isle of Man for this year's Classic TT.
A seven-year career in the TT, he finished with the impressive record of ten wins from 16 races; as well as standing on the podium in three others.
Ago - who has a landmark on the famous Mountain Course named after him - will appear in the Classic Racer Lap of Honour aboard a 350cc MV Agusta, which he raced in the 1976 World Championship.
He'll also be attending the RST Classic Heroes Dinner on 25 August, riding the circuit in the Vintage Motorcycle Club's Festival of Jurby earlier that day.
Fans will be able to meet the Italian icon throughout the four-day Classic TT festival, including at chat shows on the Classic TT Main Stage in Noble's Park as part of the event's entertainment programme.
