'Four-midable' Cav is unstoppable!

Mark Cavendish has done it again!

The 'Manx Express' has acheived the extraordinary feat of winning a fourth stage in the 2008 Tour de France, a day after his third victory.

Cav made history yesterday when he became the first member of a British cycling team to take three stages in the same year, and 24 hours later he has improved on that record.

Today's triumph puts Cav in second place in the overall points standings for the coveted green jersey in the 2008 tour.

He is on 156, 28 behind the leader.

Today's action saw the field cover the 182 kilometres from Narbonne to Nimes, and was the last relatively flat stage before the French Alps.
