
The current government in the Isle of Man hasn't made proper plans for the future.
That's the belief of Paul Heavey, one of the candidates in the constituency of Michael in September's House of Keys general election.
The 38-year-old taxi company manager says the current administration has been complacent and incompetent, and the Island needs a structured plan for the way ahead (listen to audio file below):
