Over 200 archers took part in event
Lesley Sleight won a silver medal at The National Field Archery Society (NFAS) National Championships last weekend.
Competing on 13-14 September, Lesley competed in the Ladies Traditional Bowhunter class where she came second.
The event was held at Dearne Valley Field archery Club near Wakefield where Roger Sleight also took part.
However, he had less success as he competed in the Gents Traditional Bowhunter class finishing in 28th position.
Over 230 archers from the UK and Ireland competed in the 'prestigious' event.
