Island archer broke two records
Isle of Man archer Lesley Sleight won the Lady Traditional Recurve trophy at the English Field Archery Association National Championships over the weekend (12-13 September).
Competing at Merlin Field Archery Course near Ashby de la Zouche, Sleight broke her own field course record by seven points on her way to winning the class.
She also broke the hunter record by 19 points.
Elsewhere, Roger Sleight also took part in the championship over Saturday and Sunday where he finished in second place in the Veteran Men's Traditional Recurve.
