Mix of youth and experience battled warm conditions in Wigan
Team Isle of Man continued their consistent performances in the Northern Track & Field League at the weekend finishing second in the latest round.
Manx athletes took part in the event at Robin Park Athletics Stadium in Wigan on Sunday (10 July) as they continue to compete this season in the Western Premier Division.
In warm conditions, an Island squad with a mix of youth and experience were only bettered on the day by Blackburn Harriers who took top spot.
It's further progress for Team IoM who finished fourth in the first round of the tournament before improving on that in round two by taking third.
