They face old foes Valkyrs "A" who are the only side Bacchas have not beaten this campaign after a thrilling 4-4 draw at Peel.
If Valkyrs did win - Bacchas will have to wait until Thursday evening when they will need to win their final league match of the season against Bacchas "B" to take the title.
Elsewhere in the top flight, Harlequins "A" and Celts meet in the relegation decider. Celts need to avoid defeat and Quins must win to avoid the drop.
The other match is pressure-free when Vikings "A" tackle Bacchas "B".
