Comfortable win for Wolves over Pokerstars
Wolves stormed to victory last night in the latest round of the Manx Basketball League.
They were up against new side Pokerstars, who certainly didn't make the win easy for them.
It was a scrappy battle from start to finish but Pokerstars couldn't compete against the almost telepathic connection between the Wolves players.
They came out on top 81-44.
On the other side of the NSC sportshall, a goal-for-goal game played out between Jets and Douglas.
Despite multiple successful three-pointers from the capital side, Jets managed to pull away, thanks to solid defence and remaining calm under pressure.
Final scores on the doors: Jets 70 - 57 Douglas.
