Batting is the area where big improvements need to be made if Isle of Man sides are to go on and win future ICC European cricket tournaments.
That's the view of administrators, coach Gareth Dawson and Island under-19 captain Dan Hawke, following the 60 run defeat to Denmark in the final at King William's College yesterday (Tuesday).
Having bowled favourites Denmark out for 140, the Manx team were dismissed for just 80 runs.
Dan Hawke says a stronger mental approach is required:
Football: Peel close gap on Corinthians in premier league title race
Rugby: Douglas secure Regional 2 North West play-off spot despite defeat
FC Isle of Man narrowly beaten in cracker against Charnock Richard
