
The newly appointed Chief Executive of the Isle of Man Football Association is praying politicians will approve the scheme to redevelop The Bowl in time for the 2011 Commonwealth Youth Games.
Mike Nudd says the current facility is "tired" and the £3 million project will provide the island with a national sports stadium to be proud of.
With all other venues already in place, the new Bowl could be the only legacy from hosting the 2011 Games.
