Grainger disqualified in heats
Alex Bregazzi has won a silver medal at the the Amateur Swimming Association Nationals at Ponds Forge in Sheffield.
He finished second in the Men's 18 years and over 400m freestyle final in a time of 4 minutes and 5.54 seconds.
Unfortunately, Ben Grainger has been disqualified in the Men's MC 100m backstroke heats this morning.
