British Championship cycling routes announced

Starts at Tynwald Hill and Grandstand

The routes for the UK National Road Cycling Championships on the Isle of Man next month have been announced.

The Time Trials on Thursday 22nd June will start and finish at Tynwald Hill in St. John's.

The Men will complete two laps with the women and under-23 men one lap of a clockwise course that heads north along the coast to Kirk Michael before heading south along the TT course to Ballacraine.

The road races on Sunday 25th June start and finish at the TT Grandstand with the men completing two laps and the women one lap of the TT course.

There will then be a 4.5 mile finishing circuit hading along Ballanard Road, Scollag Road, up to Signpost Corner before heading back on the TT course to the Grandstand.

The men will do 10 laps and the women six laps.
