Aussie ace lined up for Senior Classic
Superbike champion Josh Brookes will replace John McGuinness in the Senior Classic TT later this month.
The Australian ace will ride for Team Winfield, competing on the Paton that McGuinness took to a record-breaking victory 12 months ago.
That’s when he set a new lap record of 113.342mph as he came home over 20 seconds clear of Dean Harrison.
Former British Superbike champion Brookes enjoyed a fine return to the TT as he lapped at close to 131mph on a Norton on his way to securing sixth place in the Pokerstars Senior Race.
