Manx cycling star Mark Cavendish says he expects a slow start to 2012, and he wouldn't have it any other way.
After winning the world road race title last month, the worst kept secret in cycling was confirmed last week when Cav announced which team he will be riding for next season.
He hopes working with Team Sky will take him, and rest of the squad, to another level:
