Cavendish and Kennaugh line up for Tour of Spain

The last of the cycling season's three grand tours - the Tour of Spain - begins in Seville tonight, with two Manxies aiming for success.

HTC-Columbia is once again building its team around Mark Cavendish, with his fellow riders looking to deliver the Manx Missile to as many stage victories as possible.

Meanwhile Peter Kennaugh makes his grand tour debut for Team Sky and will be looking to do well in the overall classification.

Things get underway with a team time trial under lights at 10pm CET (9pm here).

This is a new idea to mark the 75th anniversay of the Tour of Spain

The first road stage is tomorrow, as the riders tackle the lumpy 173km route from Alcalá de Guadaíra to Marbella.
