Champs - Bacchas celebrate major milestone

50th major league title for club

Bacchas A are champions again.

A 7-1 victory over their B side clinched the PwC Mixed Premier Division title and a 50^th top flight league championship across all levels of Manx hockey.

It maintained their 100 per cent record so far this season.

Doubles from Tom Wilson, Jamie Brown and Chris Bass, plus one from Kim Carney, saw the champions crowned.

Karl Moore replied for Bacchas B

Valkyrs A saw off Ramsey A 6-2 in the other Premier Division match.

Elsewhere, league titles were secured by Harlequins A and Vikings C in PwC Mixed Division One and Two respectively.
